Statement of the Afghanistan Independent bar Association in Exile on the Occasion of March 8, International Women's Solidarity Day
The Afghanistan Independent Bar Association in Exile congratulates all the brave and justice-seeking women of Afghanistan on International Women's Solidarity Day. These women continue their struggle for human rights and equality under the most challenging circumstances, as the shadow of tyranny darkens the country, and inhumane and anti-human rights laws are imposed upon them. Unfortunately, with each passing day, the situation for women in Afghanistan worsens.
